Everything Levels & Leaderboards does and how to use it — for community members climbing the board, and for creators running it.
Levels & Leaderboards rewards members with XP for the things they already do — chatting, posting in forums, finishing course lessons, reacting to each other. XP adds up to levels, positions on weekly, monthly and all-time leaderboards, and real rewards: badges, quests, an XP shop, and automatic prizes for season winners.
It works out of the box with sensible defaults, and everything — point values, levels, rewards, anti-farming rules — can be tuned from the creator dashboard. On the Pro plan and up, it also counts activity in your Discord server and Telegram group: one community, one XP total, one ranking.
Every setting has a sane default, so the app works before you touch a single option. The wizard is a head start, not a requirement.
Members earn XP automatically for activity across the community. The default values (creators can change all of them):

A few built-in fairness rules: chat messages have a short cooldown (5 minutes by default) and a minimum length, reacting to your own message earns nothing, and daily caps keep any single activity from dominating.
XP accumulates into levels. Crossing a threshold triggers a level-up celebration — confetti in the app and a push notification. Level names and thresholds are set by the creator.
Three boards run at once: weekly, monthly and all-time. The weekly board is topped by a visual podium showing the current top three. Weekly and monthly boards reset on schedule in the community's own timezone; all-time never resets.
One tap a day earns check-in XP and extends a 🔥 streak, shown next to your name. Miss a day and the counter starts over — which is exactly why people don't miss a day.
Milestone badges appear on the leaderboard and on profiles: first XP earned, landing on the weekly podium, winning a month, plus any custom badges the creator has made.
Quests are time-boxed challenges like "post 3 times this week → 500 XP." Progress is tracked automatically, the bonus pays out instantly on completion, and weekly/monthly quests reset each cycle.
Earned XP can be spent on rewards the creator stocks — a 1:1 call, a shoutout, a promo code. Promo codes are delivered instantly; other items go into a delivery queue the creator handles.
Spending is safe: buying from the shop never lowers your rank or level. Rankings are based on XP earned, not XP held.
Creators can attach automatic prizes to each weekly and monthly race — a promo code, free days of membership, or a custom prize. Winners receive them without anyone lifting a finger.
Every member has a profile with their level, XP history, badges and streak — including a per-platform split showing how much XP came from Whop, Discord and Telegram.
Members can generate a personal share card — a polished image of their rank and stats made for social posts. Creators can also enable a public leaderboard page that anyone can view without logging in; both use signed links and proper preview images so they look great when shared.
Push notifications cover the moments that matter (level-ups, quest completions, rewards), and an optional weekly digest summarizes the board — who won, who's climbing, and how you did.
One tab per job. Here's what each does:
Farming detection: a daily scan looks for cap-hammering, sudden activity bursts and reaction rings. Flagged members show up on the Members tab for review — flags are advisory, never automatic punishment, and clear themselves when behavior normalizes.
Connect your server from the Discord tab and messages and reactions there earn the same XP, levels, quests and rewards as activity in your whop. Members are matched automatically through the Discord account on their Whop profile. If theirs is tied to a different account, the leaderboard shows a personal one-time code — they type /link <code> in your server (or DM the bot) and their Discord messages from the last 24 hours are credited retroactively.
Setup is one command: add the bot to your group, then post /connect <code> with the code from the Telegram tab. Messages count instantly, and members link their Telegram with a single tap on the leaderboard. Your Telegram group appears in the channel list, so channel weights and allowlist mode apply to it like everything else.
Plans are sized by active members — unique members who earn at least one XP event in a calendar month.
Pro adds unlimited levels, XP multiplier events, and the Discord & Telegram integrations. Plan changes are handled gracefully: cancellations, refunds and chargebacks downgrade at the right moment, and XP, levels and history survive every plan change.
