  • Improved

    A much faster app, everywhere

We spent the week under the hood: the leaderboard, your dashboard and the public board & rank-card pages all load noticeably faster — especially for big communities. Rankings are now computed right in the database, page data loads in one go instead of step by step, avatars are served in exactly the size they're shown, and the whole app now runs in the same region as its database. XP from Discord, Telegram and Whop activity is also processed more efficiently, so awards and push notifications keep up even on busy days.

The Guidebook — every feature explained in one place

New to the app, or want your members to get more out of it? The Guidebook walks through everything: how XP is earned (with the default point values), levels, quests, streaks, the XP shop, season rewards, every dashboard tab, the Discord & Telegram integrations and the plans. You'll find it on your Overview page, and members reach it via “How it all works” under their leaderboard. It's a public page — link it from your community anytime.

  • New

Allowlist mode — only the channels you pick earn XP

Running a community where one product should drive the whole leaderboard, like a paid inner circle? Flip on Allowlist mode under Rules → Channel weights and only channels with a weight above 0 earn XP — every other channel, including ones you create later, stays muted until you say otherwise. Check-ins, lessons and payments keep working for everyone with access. Your Telegram group now also appears in the channel list, so it plays by the same rules.

Retention & churn insights on the Analytics tab

Spot members before they leave: a churn radar flags anyone whose activity dropped 50%+ against their own baseline (with a 0–100 risk score), and engagement alerts surface broken streaks, weekly XP drops, long-inactive members and faded top members — each one click from their profile. New retention analytics add your active-member ratio, weekly and monthly activity trends and a returning-vs-dormant breakdown, plus an XP economy health check: earned vs spent, average XP per active member and who's sitting on an unspent balance. A Creator insights card at the top turns it all into concrete next steps.

  • New

Telegram integration — the leaderboard now spans three platforms

Connect your Telegram group (Pro) and messages there earn the same XP, levels, quests and rewards as activity in your whop and Discord. Setup is one command: add the bot to your group and post /connect with a code from the new Telegram tab. Messages count instantly, and members link their Telegram with a single tap on the leaderboard — no typing, no extra accounts. One community, one XP total, one ranking.

  • Improved

Link Discord with a one-time code

Discord account tied to a different Whop account? Members can now link manually: the leaderboard shows a personal one-time code, they type /link <code> in your server (or DM the bot), done. Freshly linked members get their Discord messages from the last 24 hours credited retroactively, so nobody's first day of XP is lost.

  • New

Discord integration — one leaderboard across platforms

Connect your Discord server (Pro) and messages and reactions there earn the same XP, levels, quests and rewards as activity in your whop. Members are matched automatically through the Discord account linked to their Whop profile — no extra sign-up. A new Discord tab handles the setup, Discord XP gets its own amounts, caps and channel weights on Rules, and every member sees a per-platform XP split on their profile.

  • New

    Analytics & CSV export

A new Analytics tab shows how your community is doing at a glance: active members and XP trends over the last 30 days, XP by source, top members, shop and streak stats. Below it, one-click CSV exports — members, the raw XP ledger, daily activity and shop redemptions — that open directly in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • New

    Channel weights & farming detection

Two anti-gaming upgrades: scale XP per channel (memes at half, bot channels at zero — reactions and forum posts follow their channel's weight), and a daily scan that flags farming patterns — cap-hammering, activity bursts, reaction rings — for review on the Members tab. Flags are advisory and clear automatically when behavior normalizes.

  • New

    XP Shop

Give XP somewhere to go: stock a shop with rewards — a 1:1 call, a shoutout, a promo code — and members redeem them with the XP they've earned. Spending never lowers rank, level or badges; promo-code items deliver instantly and everything else lands in a delivery queue on the new Shop tab.

August 3, 2026

  • New

    Quests

Time-boxed challenges with automatic rewards: set a goal like “post 3 times this week → 500 XP” and the app tracks progress on the leaderboard, delivers the bonus XP the moment a member hits it, and resets the quest every week or month. Configure up to 6 quests from the new Quests tab.

August 2, 2026

  • New

    Season rewards

Weekly and monthly winners can now receive automatic prizes. Set a reward per season — a promo code, free days of your product, or a custom prize — and the app hands it out the moment the season closes.

  • New

    Streaks, badges & daily check-in

Members build a 🔥 streak by checking in daily and unlock badges for milestones like their first forum post or a 30-day streak. Badges show on the leaderboard and on each member's profile.

  • New

    Enterprise plan

Running a community with more than 10,000 active members? There's now an Enterprise tier with custom pricing — reach out from the Billing tab and we'll set it up.

  • Improved

    Clearer plan lifecycle

Cancelling, refunds and chargebacks now downgrade your plan automatically at the right moment — no surprise lockouts, and your leaderboard data is always kept.

  • New

    Onboarding wizard

New installs get a guided setup: pick a goal template, review point values and levels, choose your timezone, publish. Live in under five minutes.

  • New

    Pro & Scale plans

Free covers up to 100 active members per month. Pro (up to 1,000) adds unlimited levels and XP multiplier events; Scale covers up to 10,000. Upgrade directly from the dashboard.

  • New

    XP for reactions

Members now earn XP when their messages receive reactions. Self-reactions don't count, so quality still beats spam.

  • Improved

    Level-up celebration

Leveling up now triggers confetti and a push notification, and the weekly podium got a visual polish.

  • New

    Creator dashboard

A full dashboard for community owners: engagement overview, point rules, level editor, member management with manual XP adjustments, and a complete audit log.
